Our standard UK shipping charge is £3.99.

Your order will be sent by Royal Mail 'Signed For' post, and should arrive within 5-7 working days.
If your order is made between Friday and Sunday please allow one extra day for delivery.
We offer free shipping on all UK orders over £60.00.

Our standard International shipping charge is £15.00. We offer free international shipping on all orders over £100.

We offer free return or exchange (for an item of the same price only) within 14 days of purchase. Any item purchased through an offer such as GROUPON can only be exchanged, not refunded.
 

Return postage to Siren is at Customer's expense. Siren will pay for postage of the replacement item. Any item returned to Siren must be sent by Royal Mail "Signed For' post.
 

Siren London Ltd cannot be held responsible for any returned items lost in transit.
